My New FAVORITE product

During the scrap retreat I discovered **Glossy Accents** I love, love, LOVE this product. I don't like that I have to wait for it dry but the finished effect is soooo worth the wait. Below you will see where I used this product on the hearts on the My Lucky Charms LO. Pin It

My 1st Scrap ReTREAT!

This past weekend I got the pleasure of attending a scrap retreat in Bedford, PA hosted by Crop Circles. This was my very first experience and it far exceeded my expectations. I cannot wait until the next one. I did expect however that I woudn't get an enormous amount of scrapping done but I managed to complete 2 double LOs and 2 single LOs. One of them even won 1st place in a LO contest (BIG CHEESE) and I won a complimentary 1 hour long massage at the next crop- whooohooo! So here's what I created:

I've been dying to use this title, being that The Hubbs(my husband Steven) is actually a SSG in the army.

This page took a while, in my mind it seemd like a quick to do, but several hours later...tadah!

I won-AGAIN!

Guess what? I acutally WON something and funny thing is Ididn't even know there was something to win! Okay here's the story, over on Urban Scrappers one of the DT members Robin posted a sketch challenge for this sketch:

I'd signed up to recieve emails when other replied to the thread...I was new to the site and trying to figure it out. This is how I found out I'd won! I was very very surprised and greatful!  The prize is a GC for scrapbook.com! WHAHOOO!!!

**Dream Realized**

In July of  2008 a dream of mine was realized. It took 10 years but I did it! Iused my favorite "Oprahism"on my graduation annoucements:

It's SnowMAGEDON!!

Up here in Maryland we have had 3 snow storms with accumulation over up to and over 19 inches! We've had so much fun out in the white stuff.

**My FIRST mini album**

I did it! I finally created a chipperboard mini album! I won one last year from SB.com and never got around to using it. I had a ton of pictures from my daughters 5th birthday and I wanted to use them all, so I thought let me give this mini album a try. I LOVED it! I think I'm addicted now. I've just ordered pictures for my next one. It will be about our snow adventures up here in Maryland. *check back soon to see it* So without further a do here my baby is:

I used K&Company (LOVE THEM) pp's and lots of stickles

I made a little pocket on one page to make room for journaling.

You may notice there are white letters on each page,

well that spells out her name ERYNN, one letter on each page.

I used the Martha Stewart Loop Punch to make this fun border. By the time I was finished the album would barely close so i attached ribbons to tie together so that it will close. Pin It

Welp! Didn't make the design team but.....

I got the news that I didn't make the design team I'd applied for but....it was my very first try and I am  encouraged for being considered...so I'll keep working and keep applying and soon I will be posting : I proudly design for: _________________.
